Searching for Nautilus

Piktronik battery charger testing..

Finally had the time to see what those Piktronik chargers are made of. I hooked the charger to a set of 12V gel batteries and programmed the charger to push some 1.5A to them.

After some minutes one of the batteries started to give a hissing noise. Guess the 1.5A was too much for those small leadacid batteries to handle. I stopped the test and will continue after getting bigger cells.
